Located in downtown Madison since 2005, BB&G is the premier bridal and gift registry shop for middle Georgia. BB&G also carries several lines of jewelry, home decor, cookware and cutlery. Our BB&G clothing boutique opened in 2014 with many exclusive lines of ladies clothing and accessories. Our business hours are from 11 until 5 - Monday through Saturday. Customer satisfaction is our goal. We strive to provide high quality, beautiful merchandise to our customers - in a timely and efficient manner.

Our Bridal Registry is designed to assist Brides and Grooms with the sometimes daunting task of registering for bridal gifts. We streamline the process, help the Bride and Groom make choices they are happy with, and confer with them throughout the following month to make certain we are assisting them to the best of our ability. Our goal with Bridal Registries is to have happy Brides and Grooms - so they can concentrate on their wedding plans!

Privacy Policy:

You can be assured that we will never give your private information to others. That includes your name and email address.

Payments:

BB&G accepts website payment by: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. In our shop, we also accept cash, traveler's checks and personal checks (with proper identification). Payment is made at the time of order placement to reserve inventory. Please contact us if you have any questions about our payment policy.

Exchange and Return Policy:

BB&G wants you to be happy with your purchase. But, if for some reason, you are not satisified with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment. This 30 day return policy excludes personal care items such as bath products, all special order items and antique items. All sales are final on special order items. Please refer to the Antique Items section on this page for returns of antique items.

Authorized returns must be unused and in original condition and in original unopened packaging with all factory labels attached.

Authorized refunds will be processed in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return insurance and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We inspect every gift wrapped and shipped item carefully before it leaves our shop. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of a website order item that might have been damaged in shipping.

All sales are final 30 days after you receive the item - no returns will be accepted after that time.

Special Orders and Possible Extended Delivery Times:

BB&G is more than happy to special order items for our customer. Special order items must be paid for in advance. If you deem it necessary to cancel a special order, we will do our best to accomodate your wishes. We will contact our supplier - but, if the manufacturer has already processed the order, we will not be able to cancel the order - and the sale will be considered final.

We ship orders in as timely a manner as possible. But, there may be a time when delay issues are beyond our control - such as unexpected backorders from our manufacturers. Also, some of our merchandise are exclusive items that are made in small specialty businesses - such as hand cut crystal. Very special items are not mass produced and may take longer production time. That extra time and handmade care is part of what makes it special! If we realize there is going to be an extended delivery time, BB&G will contact you as soon as we are made aware of the delay.

Pricing Policy:

Please note our pricing reflects the most recent pricing we receive from our vendors. In the case of Bridal Registry items that are frequently chosen months in advance, pricing may change without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery:

All purchases are inspected and packed with extreme care and shipped as quickly as possible.

We use heavy duty shipping boxes to protect our merchandise. As often as possible, we recycle packing products such as peanuts and bubblewrap. Be assured we would never use recycled packing materials when packaging a gift!

BB&G standard method of shipping is UPS. Our advertised complimentary shipping is for UPS ground shipping to one address within the continental U.S.

In stock merchandise usually ships in 2-5 days. Please note, these are estimated shipping times that can be affected by holidays, whether we have the item in stock and the average order times from our manufacturers and fluctuating inventory levels due to demand. For these reasons, BB&G can not guarantee a shipping time - but, we will ship an order as quickly as possible.

With Bridal Registry gift items, depending on in stock inventory levels, there will be times when Gift Cards (with enclosure card information) will be sent to the Bride and Groom notifying them of items that have been purchased in their name. BB&G will confer with the gift recipient and ship the gift as soon as possible.

If you need an item shipped by a carrier other than UPS, or if you need expedited shipping, please contact us.

Website Colors:

We attempt to display product colors as accurately as possible - but, because computer screens, monitors and settings can all vary, we cannot guarantee exact color matches.

Antique Items:

We do our best to present our antique merchandise as honestly and accurately as possible. Please be aware many antique items will show signs of age, use or wear. And we try to photograph the items accurately for our website. However, if you receive an item that is not as advertised, please contact us immediately by telephone at 706-342-3311 or email at sales@BellesBeauxandGifts.com. and return the antique item within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping and insurance on returned items are the buyers responsibility. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for an authorized return of an antique item. Please do not return an antique item by mail without contacting us in advance for a return authorization. All sales are final 30 days from the date of receipt of a purchase. By ordering through our website, you are acknowledging our return policy.

Because of the age and unknown history of some antique china, dinnerware and pottery, we recommend using it for display purposes only.

Because we do have a bricks and mortar shop that operates daily, there is the possiblilty we may sell a one of a kind antique item in the shop at the same time a website order is being submitted. To best prevent that rare occurrence from happening, if an antique items sells in our shop, we attempt to immediately remove it from the website or mark it "sold".

Pricing and Sales Tax:

All prices are subject to change.

A Georgia sales tax of 7% will be added to orders shipped to a Georgia address.
