Tall antique English Staffordshire figure with dog. This Staffordshire figure dates to the late 1800s. It is quite tall at approx. 17 3/4". It is actually called a spill vase. It features a man in fine clothing, wearing boots, a plummed hat, cape, and holding a spear. His loyal dog is at his side. The figure is predominately creamy white with handpainted black, gold, pink and yellow. Only 2 letters are on the base of the figure - OR.
This figure has not been cleaned in any way. It is exactly as it came out of an estate in England where it had been owned by the same family since it was made in the 1800s.
